I'm a small town girl from the land of the corn (aka the State of Iowa). I'm part Polish, Danish, and Scottish. I like to draw and to paint. I normally am not very social, but once I warm up to a person, I can be a chatterbox. I guess that what I get for living in the Mid-West. I don't have many friends, but the ones I do have I'm very loyal to them. I can be very lazy and hyper. I normally do things if someone else wants to do something.

I'm really into Jrock and Visual Kei, but I do like hard rock and metal as well. I grew up listening to 80's metal, disco, and mid 90's pop music. I will say I am the biggest BY-SEXUAL fangirl in the US. I own all of their CDs and singles. But I am not an elitist, in fact, I frown down upon elitist in the Jrock communties. I do share scans and albums I get if I know not many people own it.

I like to collect anything My Little Pony, Care Bears, and Saint Seiya. I like reading manga, but I hate watching anime since most of the voices don't fit the characters, regardless of the language I'm watching it in. I also like to carry my hide plushie around with me and I don't mind people thinking I'm strange for carrying it around. The nickname, Ayay, comes from my nephew, Asher, trying to say my real name. I also love messing around in Photoshop and I make LJ icons (100x100 icons) for fun. All of my non-graphic posts are friends only. So if you want to view them, you have to become one of my friends.

My LJ name comes from the theme song of Dynasty Warriors 4.
